A two-month event highlighted by the Munaozongge and Torch Carnival kicked off on 12 August in Kunming based Yunnan Nationalities Village and will last till 7 October. From 19:30 to 21:40 each night, visitors can go to the villages of Jingpo, Achang and Deang minorities to join the event. Munaozongge is the grandest festival of the Jingpo minority group living in the west of Yunnan Province.

The entry fee is 30 yuan/person (from 19:30 to 21:40 during 12 August-7 October)
